Dan Haynes and Pete Richards perform the UK’s finest tribute to the music of American folk duo Simon and Garfunkel.
Having sung alongside each other for many years, and encouraged by friends and family, Dan and Pete began to perform to wider audiences, originally naming themselves 'The Sounds of Silence'.
They continued to perform together under this name until 2008 when, at this point their lives took different courses. Pete wanting to pursue further his interest in the natural world moved away to university while Dan, who’d by this point written a solo album of his own began performing as a solo artist. The Sounds Of Silence became a thing of the past, as very nearly did their friendship.
It was then in 2011 after meeting up to see Paul Simon live in concert that Dan and Pete decided once again to begin singing the songs of Simon and Garfunkel. They are currently performing this show all over the UK, a show that many are calling..............
