What is the size of the camping plot?
Space for a family tent, caravan or camper van plus space for a car.

Can I leave the campsite and return again?
Yes, but please respect the one way system. A voucher will be provided and should be displayed in a prominent place.

What vehicles can I take onto the campsite?
Car, camper van, motorcycle.

How do I find my pitch?
The campsite manager at the gate will direct you where to go.

If we come with friends can we camp next door to each other?
Yes, inform the Campsite Manager on arrival.

What facilities are there in the campsite?
Showers, lavatories and facilities for emptying portable lavatories. Drinking water and litter bins. Food outlets and bar. Rubbish bags are available from the Campsite Manager's unit.

Are BBQs allowed in the campsite?
Yes, in the campsite only, but please clear up any mess afterwards. No BBQs are allowed in the Walled Garden site.

What is the surface of the campsite?
It is grass field which will have been free from stock one month prior to the event.

Can you recommend local accommodation?
There is a list local accommodation on the website but please note that this is only intended as a guide and not necessarily as a recommendation.

Where do Shuttle Buses run from?
From Kidderminster, Stourport, Bewdley, Cleobury Mortimer, Bridgnorth, Highley, Clee Hill and Ludlow. Details are on this website.

Can you recommend local taxi service?
There is a list on the website but please note that this is only intended as a guide and not necessarily as a recommendation.

Where are the nearest railway stations?
Ludlow is about 9 miles and Kiddeminster about 12 miles. The shuttle buses run from both stations.

Can I buy food and drink at the festival?
There will be a variety of excellent food both exotic and everyday favourites. A variety of vegetarian food will also be available. With Hobsons Brewery running the bar, you can be sure of the very best beers, lagers and ciders being on offer.

Are there any items prohibited on the site?
The use of Chinese Lanterns and Fireworks is strictly prohibited.

Can I bring my own drinks/picnic to the festival?
Yes of course, but we do ask people to use the rubbish bags which will be handed to you on entry to help us with the litter pick between concerts.

Can I smoke at the festival?
Yes, there are no restrictions on the outside part of the venue but in any tented areas smoking is prohibited by law.

Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved dogs accompanied by well-behaved owners are welcome at the festival. Dogs must be kept on leads and are not allowed to run free and you must clear up if your dog fouls. So please bring necessary equipment. Please do not leave dogs in vehicles in hot weather.

Is the Hole in the Wall children friendly?
Very much so, there is plenty for children to do. Year after year families return knowing that their children are safe and they will enjoy their time at the Hole in the Wall. There is a free family event on the Saturday as part of our Youth Project which encourages young musicians to go on stage and gain the experience of playing to an audience. The standard of performance is very high. Parents are responsible for their children and are requested to accompany them at all events taking place.

I have lost my tickets, what can I do?
No refund can be made for lost tickets so please check them and keep them safe when they arrive.

What happens if the event is cancelled?
We carry Public Liability Insurance and Cancellation and Abandonment Insurance. In the case of cancellation we would make a claim so refunds would be made.

What are the 'Disabled' facilities?
The Disabled Car Park is on a hard standing with a hard surface roadway leading into the Walled Garden concert site. Within the site,there is an open air viewing platform on a hard standing. The surface on the rest of the site is a lawn.The campsite is grass free from stock one month prior to the weekend.The Campsite Manager can direct anyone who is disabled to an appropriate area.
